[QUESTION] Do we obtain customer service from you or through your partners?
[ANSWER] As our Site resells services provided through IPower, LunarPages and 1&1 Internet Services, you would be referred to the hosting companies respective customer service department. The Control Panel in your 1&1 Package contains all of the necessary information for contacting 1&1’s quick response team, either through E-mail or by phone.
You may reach customer service in your Lunarpages or IPower packages in a similar manner through the user log-in portal. Where you have links to all of the necessary departments, such as billing, or e-mails, up-line member information and phone #’s and several ways to contact other important host relevant contacts.

[QUESTION] How are Domain or Site Hosting packages purchased?
[ANSWER] All purchases whether for a IPower, LunarPage or for a package with 1&1 Internet Services are made at the respected sites, by following any number of the links here in this site you will be led to their site where you may find any information or make any purchase you see fit.
[BILLING]
[QUESTION] How do I obtain billing information?
[ANSWER] As stated above, all sales and billing are handled through the respective site for you hosting company, we are just a reseller and have no means of doing purchases or billing of any kind.
[SUPPORT]
[QUESTION] How do I obtain support?
[ANSWER] Support for your website, or hosting package, domain name are all handled through the hosting companies that provided your service package, if needed they may be contacted by phone and will walk you through your issues, whether technical or of other nature such as billing inquiries, or address changes that can not be handled by the above means.
